4. Food Truck Operators

Food truck operators using Project Orange Blossom must maintain all required licenses and permits. Project Orange Blossom is not responsible for verifying the legality of your operations.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Project Orange Blossom charges a service fee on each transaction. Food truck operators are responsible for their subscription fees.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled according to individual food truck policies. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective food truck.

7. Limitation of Liability

Project Orange Blossom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Your use of Project Orange Blossom is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Modifications
